Robust information technology infrastructures (ITI) are essential for organizations since they the heart of almost every organization and considered as key assets that play strategic roles affect organizational performance. To cope with effects technological evolution, IT managers must have an articulated vision their ITI well ability to acquire, deploy, combine reconfigure ITI, i.e. dynamic capabilities.
